We require a credit card on file with every Banquet Room Rental.  Any damage, repair, and/or cleaning costs will be deducted from that credit card. Any improper cleaning, un-proper putting away of tables/chairs/equipment, unscheduled use of the clubhouse, disruption/improper use of the clubhouse, etc. will also be deducted from the credit card.
